The main cruise berth in the port of Invergordon is in the Invergordon Service Base, adjacent to the West Harbour.

Please disembark from your ship not less than 25 minutes before your scheduled tour start time. This will be on your reservation documentation.

Walk to your right from the ship’s gangway, continue along the quayside and around the West Harbour, where you will see the small boats berthed, until you reach the security post by the pedestrian exit/entry point from/to the Invergordon Service Base. Once through security, look to your right, and walk up to our counter.

Walking time from the quayside to our counter is 5 – 8 minutes.

We will welcome you at our counter, issue you with tickets on branded lanyards that must be worn, to be returned later as you board your tour coach for the final time before returning to Invergordon on completion of your tour. We will also issue you with tour itineraries and maps, and introduce you to your tour guide.

We will assemble the whole tour group adjacent to our counter, before your tour guide leads you all to your waiting tour coach.

Please note that seats on our coaches are not allocated, therefore are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Although our tour crews will always do their best to ensure that couples and groups can sit together, this is not always possible as the coach seats are taken. The seats that you take on first boarding the coach will be your seats for the duration of your tour.

Please also note that no food or drink may be consumed on any of our tour vehicles, except for plain water, and that no WCs will be available for public use on any of those vehicles. Our drivers and guides will always be pleased to advise guests about WC and refreshment facilities at stops on their tour.

Always check that your time pieces are set for UK time on entering UK waters from overseas.

Although we advise early online reservation to avoid disappointment, we do sometimes have some empty seats available on the morning of arrival. The best advice is to visit our counter at the West Harbour EARLY.

No, all others seen at the West Harbour independent tour operator meeting point are meeting their reserved guests only.

No. When you arrive at our counter there may already be lots of folks standing in line to pay for seats. Once again it’s come and see us EARLY to avoid disappointment. When the last seat is taken, we won’t be adding more seats on the day.

A youngster not older than 12 years old. ID may be requested prior to boarding a tour vehicle.

Infants up to 4 years old go free on all our tours, with the exception of on adults only tours.

No. There is no need to worry about this as all our tours are timed to arrive back at the port approximately 75 – 90 minutes prior to departure time.

Yes. So long as they do not require to remain in the chair and can manage minimal aided walking and a few stair steps.
